Support for underrepresented groups 

ASU provides mentoring, counseling, and peer support programs to support students, staff, and faculty from all groups. ASU also provides accessible facilities and disability support services for people with disabilities. Additionally, ASU has a disability access scheme that provides mentoring or other targeted support to students with disabilities through the Student Counseling Office in the Directorate of Students Affairs. ASU also has a policy for Students with Special Needs/ Disabilities, ASU recognizes that reducing inequalities requires ongoing efforts and is committed to continually evaluating and improving its policies and practices to create a more diverse and inclusive campus community.
