Applied Science University boasts state-of-the-art sports facilities, providing students and staff with ample opportunities for physical activity and exercise. By providing access to sports facilities, the university supports SDG 3 - Good Health and Well-being, which aims to ensure healthy lives and promote well-being for all at all ages. Physical activity is a key component of a healthy lifestyle, and the availability of sports facilities at the university encourages students and staff to engage in regular exercise, supporting their physical and mental health.
